You've probably heard the quote, "Everything rises and falls on leadership",  and it is true. Yet much of the world's church leaders have little or no access to leadership training or resources, which hinders their ability to take their churches and communities to new levels.

We're trying to change that!

We know how vital good leadership is to transforming people, churches and communities. Through leadership research, conferences, materials and mentoring, MaxPoint is making a difference in the lives of leaders who once had no access to leadership training or development. And through these leaders, churches are growing and lives are being changed for God's glory.

We provide ongoing leadership training in Africa through East Africa Christian College where we prepare more pastors and church leaders to effectively transform more communities.
